I can say that I have tried creating an account in the same OU (with the same permissions) and I am able to view YouTube videos. No one else is having this problem - she is the only one that has contacted us and teachers here love YouTube. Restricted mode is turned off and the account it's bound to uses my actual birthdate (i'm over 19). I tried changing the year to something else but to no avail, still age restricted on my main.
